for physical vitality, mental clarity and spiritual growth

These days we are so much focused on the physical body ~ doing yoga, fitness or anything that makes us look and feel good. But what can we do with a beautiful body when the mind and emotions are a mess?

Pranayama is an ancient technique
used by yogis to get control over the mind and enter deeper states of consciousness. Prana means Life Force and Ayama means Expansion. Pranayama when regularly practiced will expand the vital energy within your body, so you will slowly gain back your powers and re-align with the ultimate source of conscious cosmic energy.

Prana or cosmic energy
is available everywhere, at all times and without limitation but we block ourselves through:

  • stress and emotional tension
  • excessive control and planning
  • excessive mental activity
  • life-taking lifestyle habits
  • running after external happenings

In this course you will learn about

  • the different subtle layers between the body and soul (kosha’s)
  • how to rebalance each of these layers
  • the different chakra’s within the energy body and their function
  • how to activate these chakras
  • simple meditation and visualization techniques
  • cleansing, vitalizing and rebalancing breathing techniques
  • total relaxation in a state of awareness (yoga nidra)
  • a daily healing ritual that is easy to keep up with
  • the relevance of all this for daily happiness and higher purpose.

Why this course?

“When the mind is calm, the soul can speak”. The breath and mind are inseperable so pranayama is the (only) direct way to approach the monkey mind and train it. Through the higher vibration of cosmic energy within your body: your thoughts, words and actions will be more meaningful, powerful and full of love. It radiates inner beauty and that is more attractive than anything else in the world.

This course is relevant for

  • Yoga teachers, coaches, therapists that wish to experience the power of breath and share it with others
  • Anyone that is interested to enhance physical, mental and emotional health and spiritual growth of themselves and others
  • Anyone who suffers stress, anxiety, depression, lethargy, laziness, fatigue, feelings of insecurity, sleeplessness, restlessness and purposelessness
  • Anyone that wishes to incorporate basic pranayama and meditation in their classes / trainings and/or private life.

No experience is needed. You need an open mind, warm and comfortable clothes and you might want to bring your favorite pillow and fleece.

About the teacher:
Noëlle Sterk is fulltime yoga teacher since 2008 and recently registered at Yoga Alliance. She has studied with various teachers across the globe and recently with pranayama and meditation master Yogi Raj (Rajendra Neupane) in Nepal. Noëlle has travelled a long way from a non-loving childhood to a loving yogini. She has applied the principles of yoga, pranayama and meditation in such a way that she could become a source of inspiration for others. She is coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher and currently working on yoga teacher trainings and lifestyle programs to help others reclaim their power.
