This pranayama course is fun and inspiring and gives you the powerful tool to transform your life. The course will be offered in 6 Wednesdays 20:30-22:00 and will be led by Yoga Alliance* registered yoga teacher Noëlle Sterk (RYT500).

Prana means lifeforce and ayama means expansion. Pranayama is an ancient technique, used by yogis to get control over the mind and enter deeper states of consciousness. Pranayama when regularly practiced will expand the vital energy within your body, so you will slowly re-align with the source of cosmic energy and gain back your powers.

This is a 6-week course, on Wednesdays 20:30-22:00h
7 ~ 14 ~ 21 ~28 Augustus, 4 en 11 September

In this course, you will learn about:
– the different subtle layers between the body and the soul
– how to rebalance each of these layers
– the different chakra’s and their function
– how to activate these energy wheels
– the 5elements and their relevance in your practice
– simple meditation and visualization techniques
– cleansing, vitalizing and rebalancing breathing techniques
– total relaxation in a state of awareness (yoga nidra)
– some mantra basics

The course includes:

– audio files with guided exercise
– any necessary personal guidance during the course
– certificate (minimum participation 5 of the 6 classes)

About the teacher:
Noëlle Sterk is full-time yoga teacher since 2008, certified and registered at Yoga Alliance. She has studied with various teachers across the globe and recently with pranayama and meditation master Yogi Raj (Rajendra Neupane) in Nepal.

Noëlle has traveled a long way from a complicated childhood to a loving yogini. She has applied the principles of yoga, pranayama, and meditation in such a way that she could become a source of inspiration for others. She is a coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher and currently working on yoga teacher training and lifestyle programs to help others reclaim their power. She recently opened De Tempel and this beautiful location is where she will offer this training.

• Anyone that is interested to enhance physical, mental and emotional health and spiritualgrowth of themselves and others
