This pranayama course is fun and inspiring and gives you a powerful tool to transform your life. The course will be offered in 6 Wednesdays 20:30-22:00 and will be led by Yoga Alliance* registered yoga teacher Noëlle Sterk (RYT500). 

Pranayama is an ancient technique, used by yogis to get control over the mind and enter deeper states of consciousness. Prana means lifeforce and ayama means expansion. Pranayama when regularly practised will expand the vital energy within your body, so you will slowly re-align with the source of cosmic energy and gain back your powers.

This is a 6-week course, on Wednesdays 20:30-22:00h
22 – 29 May ~ 12 – 19 – 26 June -3 July
In this course, you will learn about
– the different subtle layers between the body and the soul
– how to rebalance each of these layers
– the different chakra’s and their function
– how to activate these energy wheels
– simple meditation and visualization techniques
– cleansing, vitalizing and rebalancing breathing techniques
– total relaxation in a state of awareness (yoga nidra)
– the importance of relaxation
– some mantra basics
The course includes:

– e-books with theoretic information
– audio files with a guided breathing exercise
– any necessary personal guidance during the course
 
Why this course?
“When the mind is calm, the soul can speak”. The breath and mind are inseparable so pranayama is a very direct way to approach the monkey mind and train it. Practice will also expand the vital energy in your body. Through the higher vibration your thoughts, words and actions will be more meaningful, powerful and full of love. You will radiate inner beauty and that is more attractive than anything else in the world.

About the teacher:
Noëlle Sterk is a full-time yoga teacher since 2008 and registered at Yoga Alliance. She has studied with various teachers across the globe and recently with pranayama and meditation master Yogi Raj (Rajendra Neupane) in Nepal. Noëlle has travelled a long way from a complicated childhood to a loving yogini. She has applied the principles of yoga, pranayama, and meditation in such a way that she could become a source of inspiration for others. She is a coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher and currently working on yoga teacher training and lifestyle programs to help others reclaim their power.
